Job Title: Motion Graphics Artist

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Artist to conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality visual content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaign ideas to life through compelling 2D/3D animations, typography, and product films that elevate brand storytelling across all digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

- Creative Execution: Conceptualize, storyboard, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and minimizing revision cycles.
- End-to-End Production: Manage the full visual pipeline from concept and animation to sound effects (SFX) and final export, delivering optimized formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Display.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign outputs and swift integration of feedback.
- Workflow Management: Consistently deliver projects on deadline while maintaining clean, structured project files and organized version control.




- Innovation & Strategy: Actively research and adopt recent motion trends, techniques, and AI workflows. Contribute strategic visual ideas and help build brand-specific motion guidelines.

Key Requirements:

- Technical Tools: Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. (Experience with 3D software like Blender/Cinema 4D or AI workflows is a strong advantage).
- Design Foundations: Deep understanding of motion timing, visual composition, typography, pacing, and transitions.
- Project Skills: Highly productive with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining organized file management.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning in the design space.
- Experience Required : 4- 5 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
