Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Modular CNC Programmer specializing in Biesse and Homag systems. The role involves programming and operating CNC machinery for modular cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, and storage units to meet precise production specifications.

The individual will interpret technical drawings, set up machining and milling operations, optimize CNC programs for efficiency and quality, and troubleshoot issues on the production line.



Daily tasks include coordinating with design and production teams, verifying outputs against quality standards and tolerances, maintaining machine parameters and tooling, and ensuring safe, consistent, and timely execution of manufacturing runs.

Qualifications

- Robust CNC Programming and Programming skills for Biesse and Homag machinery.
- Proficiency in Machining and Milling operations within modular furniture or cabinetry manufacturing.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply Technical Drawing requirements to production workflows.
- Experience with automated production lines, CNC nesting, and optimization for volume manufacturing.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials, hardware systems and panel processing practices.
- Attention to precision, quality control, and adherence to tight tolerances in a high-throughput environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial settings.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly on shop floor requirements and constraints.
