Work Location: Pune

- Feature Engineering: Support Model-Based Development (MBD) activities including feature design, implementation, optimization, and validation.
- Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow models for automotive software features.
- Perform requirements analysis, feature specification, and software design activities.
- Support auto code generation using Embedded Coder (RTW) and/or TargetLink

- Software Validation
- Execute and support Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Unit Testing activities.
- Develop test cases and validate software functionality against requirements.
- Analyze test results and ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
- Debugging & Problem Solving
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for software and model-related issues.
- Identify and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support issue investigation and corrective action implementation.
- Automation & Process Improvement




- Develop MATLAB scripts (M-Scripting) and automation tools to improve development efficiency.
- Create reusable tools and frameworks for testing, validation, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for software quality and engineering productivity

Collaboration
- Review technical artifacts, models, code, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with development processes, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, customer reviews, and project planning activities.
- Collaborate effectively with global engineering teams and customer
