Hiring - Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Mobile Application Developer with 3-4 years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Flutter fundamentals, experience integrating backend APIs, Firebase services, payment gateways, and hands-on exposure to publishing applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Build scalable and maintainable applications using Clean Architecture and modern state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams.
- Implement authentication, push notifications, deep links, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Integrate payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, or similar providers.
- Debug production issues, analyze crashes, and optimize application performance.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

Flutter Development:

- Robust expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building production-grade Android and iOS applications.
- Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
- State Management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or equivalent).
- REST API integration.
- Local storage (Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences, etc.).
- Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics).

Mobile Application Development:

- Performance optimization and debugging.




- Memory management and crash analysis.
- Offline storage and caching strategies.
- Push Notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Deep Linking.

Release Management:

- Google Play Console.
- Apple App Store Connect.
- TestFlight.
- APK/AAB generation.
- App signing and provisioning.
- Versioning and release management.
- Production monitoring and hotfix deployments.

Payment Integration

- Experience integrating payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, or equivalent.
- Understanding of payment success/failure flows.
- Basic knowledge of payment verification and webhook concepts.

Positive to Have:

Native Platform Knowledge:

- Basic Kotlin or Java knowledge.
- Basic Swift or Objective-C knowledge.
- Method Channels.
- Android Activity Lifecycle.
- iOS Application Lifecycle.

CI/CD & DevOps:

- Exposure to GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Basic understanding of automated mobile build and deployment pipelines.
- Environment management (Development, QA/UAT, Staging, Production).
- Basic Docker knowledge.

Additional Skills:

- Firebase Remote Config.
- Google Maps integration.
- Flutter DevTools.
- Crash monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics.
- Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3-4 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining production mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and application lifecycle.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase services, push notifications, and payment gateways.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to native Android/iOS development, CI/CD pipelines, or Docker is an added advantage.
