We need someone who can immediately work on use cases, and they should have the following skill sets in the same order:
- DevOps, Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes are a must to support microservices architecture and work with the tools and platforms.
- Python and API frameworks are needed to understand the backend components.
- SQL/NoSQL is a outstanding plus.
- Gen AI-related tool stacks such as Hugging Face, Cohere, LLM (not every LLM, but the idea of the technology behind them), frameworks like LangChain, and vector databases.
- ML: Understanding/basic working knowledge in ML areas such as ML models, engineering, and operations.
