Job Purpose

The MIS Officer plays a key role in supporting the organizations goals by managing analytical reporting and dashboards for legal operations. Operating within the Legal Operations function, this role is responsible for performance tracking, trend analysis, and management reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective execution of assigned legal operational responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate records, MIS, and documentation

Support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements

Prepare analytical MIS and dashboards for legal operations

Track performance trends and case ageing

Ensure accuracy and consistency of legal data

Support management reviews and audits





Skills Required

Solid coordination and communication skills

Advanced Excel and analytical skills

Strong data validation and reporting capability

Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate

24 years of MIS experience (Legal preferred)

BFSI exposure desirable
