- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
- Analyse data and create dashboards and summaries
- Generate and share regular MIS reports with management
- Work with large data sets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist in automation of reports using Excel functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting requirements
Key Requirements:
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools is a plus
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, or related fields
- Internship or academic project experience in MIS or data analysis
