Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive Admissions to manage admissions data, prepare reports, track application and enrollment performance, and provide accurate MIS insights to the Admissions and Management teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Maintain and update daily Admissions MIS and databases.

- Track applications, leads, calls, visits, conversions, admissions, and enrollments.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

- Monitor admission targets and provide regular performance updates.

- Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, Outreach, Finance, and other teams for data collection and validation.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across CRM/ERP and internal trackers.

- Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and trends and provide timely reports to the concerned teams.





- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.

- Maintain records of student applications and admission status from enquiry to enrollment.

- Support the Admissions team with data analysis for decision-making and target achievement.

- Ensure timely submission of all required reports and maintain confidentiality of student information.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, filters, etc.

- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.

- Experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle large volumes of data and work within deadlines.

- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word.
