Role Description

- The MIS Executive at Shakkr will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- This full-time, on-site role in Delhi involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, consolidating data from multiple sources, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all information shared with management.
- The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, identifying data trends, and providing actionable insights to operational and leadership teams.




- The MIS Executive will coordinate with different departments to gather requirements, streamline reporting formats, and improve data quality and processes.
- The individual will also support automation of reports, maintain proper documentation, and assist with ad hoc analysis and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with the ability to manage databases and reporting tools.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including creating, maintaining, and automating regular and ad hoc reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data to management.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools) would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Delhi in a fast-paced setting would be beneficial.
