About the Role

We are hiring an MIS Executive for our manufacturing unit in Indore to manage data reporting, dashboards, and MIS operations. This role suits both experienced professionals and freshers with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Build and manage dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables for data summarization and analysis
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and reporting errors; ensure data accuracy
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to speed up data creation, formula-building, and report automation

Required Skills

- Strong command over Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting)




- Proficiency in Google Sheets and cloud-based reporting tools
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for data creation, analysis, and process efficiency
- Good analytical and numerical ability (background in Mathematics/Statistics preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic understanding of MIS processes and report automation
- Good communication skills to coordinate across departments

Eligibility

- Experience: 1-3 years preferred; freshers with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are also welcome to apply
- Education: Graduate (B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/Any Discipline); Mathematics/Statistics background preferred
