The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure seamless data collection, processing, and reporting. The role involves analyzing data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

1. Data Management:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources in the MIS system.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all platforms.

2. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and discrepancies.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for effective data presentation.

Optimization:

- Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide customized reports.
- Assist the management team in making data-driven decisions.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Monitor and maintain the MIS system to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data and report

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS or a similar data management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Knowledge of database management tools like SQL, Access, or other relevant software.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in reporting.
