Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to telecom site operations. This full time, on-site role in Indore involves collecting data from various departments, validating data accuracy, and presenting insights to management for operational and strategic decisions. The role includes tracking key performance indicators, identifying data inconsistencies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.

The MIS Executive will support process improvement by analyzing trends, assisting with dashboard creation, and responding to ad-hoc reporting requests. The position also requires clear documentation of reporting procedures and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills to manage data, databases, and reporting tools.





Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities to interpret data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet tools (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts); knowledge of basic reporting or BI tools is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, IT, or a related field preferred; prior experience in an MIS or data reporting role is beneficial.

Attention to detail, ability to work with large datasets, and capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of telecom or infrastructure operations is an added advantage.
