The MIS - Collections professional will be responsible for managing collection-related MIS, analytics, reporting, and operational performance tracking. The role focuses on providing data-driven insights, monitoring collection KPIs, supporting call center operations, driving automation initiatives, and enabling strategic decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to collection performance.
- Design and manage dashboards, performance trackers, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all collection reports and databases.
- Generate strategic reports to support business reviews and performance discussions.

Collections Analytics
- Monitor and analyze key collection KPIs including:

- Bucket (BKT) Performance

- Recovery Trends

- Collection Efficiency

- Roll Rates

- Resolution TAT

- Agent Productivity
- Conduct trend analysis, portfolio segmentation, and risk identification to enhance collection effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving collection performance and minimizing delinquencies.

Call Center Operations Support
- Track and monitor productivity of collection call center operations across multiple locations.
- Manage agent allocations, workload distribution, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate resolution effectiveness and adherence to collection processes.
- Support leadership with performance analytics and workforce planning reports.

Loan Management System (LMS) Management
- Work extensively on Loan Management Systems (LMS) for collection performance tracking and reporting.
- Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze collection data from LMS and other internal systems.
- Ensure proper utilization of LMS-generated reports for operational decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Legal, ADU, Operations, and Business teams for case tracking, escalations,



and compliance monitoring.
- Support resolution tracking and reporting of legal and recovery cases.
- Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders by providing accurate data and analysis.

Process Automation & Improvement
- Drive automation initiatives using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Excel Macros, and other reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Standardize reporting formats and data governance practices across the collections function.

Strategic Decision Support
- Develop analytical models and performance reports to support collection strategy formulation.
- Present insights and business recommendations to management.
- Assist leadership in identifying opportunities for process optimization and recovery improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and collection platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Understanding of collections operations, recovery processes, and delinquency management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in MIS, Analytics, or Collections Reporting within BFSI/NBFC/Fintech sectors.
- Experience in handling collection portfolios and call center performance analytics.
