About the Role The MIS Analyst will own reporting accuracy, data visibility, and operational insight for the Noida team. The role is designed to turn raw business data into clear dashboards, recurring reports, and actionable summaries that help leaders make faster decisions. Success in this role depends on maintaining reliable datasets, reducing reporting friction, and ensuring stakeholders can trust the numbers they use every day. The role also supports cross-functional teams by translating business questions into structured reports and highlighting trends, exceptions, and risks that affect operational performance. Key Responsibilities

Own recurring MIS reporting across core business functions,



making sure leaders receive accurate and timely information that supports day-to-day decisions and reduces manual follow-up.

Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and summary reports that improve visibility into operations, trends, and exceptions, so teams can respond faster to business changes.

Validate data quality across source files and reporting outputs, identifying inconsistencies early and protecting decision-making from avoidable errors.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, convert business questions into structured outputs, and improve the usefulness of reporting assets over time.

Analyse operational data to surface patterns, gaps, and performance risks, helping the business focus attention on the areas that will create the most impact.

Support process improvement by simplifying reporting flows, reducing repetitive manual work, and improving the reliability of information shared across teams.

Essential

Skills & Technologies

Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation, to manage reporting workflows efficiently and keep outputs consistent.

Experience with reporting dashboards and structured MIS packs,



with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives action.

Working knowledge of data analysis and reconciliation techniques, helping ensure reports are accurate, complete, and trusted by the business.

Ability to interpret business metrics, identify trends, and explain what the numbers mean for operations, team performance, and service delivery.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to clarify requirements, follow up on data issues, and support multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or BI platforms is an advantage when working with larger datasets and more complex reporting needs.
