Role Description The Migration Consultant (Australia) is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on Australian education and migration pathways. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client profiles, explaining visa and migration options, and recommending suitable study or work routes. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with education providers and relevant authorities, and maintaining accurate client records.

The Migration

Consultant will communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and online meetings, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the process.



The position also requires staying current with Australian migration and education regulations and contributing to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide clear, tailored advice.
- Experience with data migration or handling client information across systems in a secure and organized manner.
- Understanding of infrastructure and databases used in managing client records and case files.
- Project management skills to coordinate multiple client cases, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of Australian education and migration frameworks; prior experience in migration or education consulting is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.
