Role & responsibilities:

Daily MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare and circulate Daily Cash Flow MIS.
- Prepare Daily Profit & Loss (P&L;) MIS.
- Prepare Daily Balance Sheet (BS) movement reports.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight significant variances.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports for management.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Monitor daily cash positions across banks and business units.
- Prepare daily liquidity and fund utilization reports.
- Ensure requisite approvals are obtained for all daily treasury and cash flow transactions in accordance with the Company's delegation of authority and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and Banking partners for smooth execution of fund movements.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

Financial Analysis

- Analyze daily movements in revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and cash flows.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Support budgeting, business planning, and financial forecasting exercises.




- Reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Business Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

- Conduct periodic competitor analysis covering lending rates, product offerings, borrowing costs, financial performance, funding profile, market developments, and industry trends.
- Prepare benchmarking reports and management presentations highlighting key competitive insights.

Qualification

- MBA (Finance) / M.Com /B.Com with strong analytical aptitude.
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 03years of experience in Finance, MIS, Treasury, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Valuable understanding of Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and financial statement analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
