MIG Welder Proficient in Multi/-Position Welding /: Responsibilities/: High/-Precision Fusion Operations/: Ensure deep penetration without porosity or undercut by performing reliable, high/-strength MIG welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead locations throughout diverse production assemblies.

Interpretation of Blueprints and Welding Symbols/: To precisely assemble parts in accordance with engineering plans, read and dissect intricate structural mechanical blueprints, fabrication layouts, and standardized welding symbols.

Material

Preparation & Fitting/: To avoid contaminating the weld puddle, clean, grind, bevel, and clamp raw metal components before welding.

Dimensional Quality Inspections/: Use weld gauges, calipers, and micrometers to do self/-audits on finished joints. This allows you to quickly discover and fix surface flaws like spatter, cracks, or slag inclusions.





Assembly Operations for Jigs and Fixtures/: Before installing structural tacks, arrange and fasten raw parts inside fixture tables and specialized fabrication welding jigs to ensure accurate alignment.
