Hiring a Middle Office Analyst with 4+ years of experience in investment operations, trade lifecycle, and back/middle office functions. Prior experience with a U.S.-based Asset Management firm and SimCorp Dimension is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end investment operations, including transaction processing and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze daily reports such as trade activity, cash forecasts, and corporate actions.
- Process and monitor voluntary corporate actions.
- Support investment accounting activities, audits, asset transfers, and special projects.
- Monitor overnight batch processing, resolve exceptions, and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Investment Operations, Trade Lifecycle, and Fixed Income/Bonds.
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based Asset Management firm.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg or similar investment accounting/trade order management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
