Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing up-to-date data engineering and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, data transformation using PySpark, and enterprise reporting using Power BI. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory.
Develop and optimize Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures for enterprise analytics.
Create and maintain PySpark notebooks for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
Manage enterprise data using OneLake as the centralized storage platform.
Design and develop semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
Integrate data from multiple enterprise sources including:
SQL Server
Azure Data Lake Storage
Azure SQL Database
REST APIs
SAP
Other cloud/on-premises systems
Optimize Microsoft Fabric workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Implement data governance, security, and access control best practices.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities using Git and Azure DevOps.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Strong expertise in

Real-Time Analytics
Strong experience with PySpark and Spark SQL.
Excellent SQL programming and query optimization skills.
Experience in data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling).
Hands-on experience in Power BI:
Reports
Dashboards
Semantic Models
DAX
Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of data governance, data security, and role-based access control.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Data Services:
Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
Azure SQL Database
Azure Synapse Analytics
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Preferred).
Experience in enterprise data migration projects.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering solutions.
Strong Python programming skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Mandatory Requirements
Microsoft Fabric hands-on implementation experience.
Strong PySpark and SQL expertise.
Power BI development experience.
Immediate to 15 Days' Notice Period preferred.
Comfortable working in EST/CST Night Shift.
Dual Employment is strictly not allowed.
