Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365 administration , infrastructure management, production support, and release management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing AX environments, ensuring system availability, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365 environments.
- Configure, manage, and optimize Application Object Server (AOS) instances.
- Handle AOS clustering , environment setup, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Manage application deployments and Release Management using Azure DevOps or Bamboo .
- Provide L2/L3 Production Support , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Perform SQL Server analysis,



query execution, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Ensure system stability, security, backups, and high availability.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during releases and issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and proactively resolve system bottlenecks.
