Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support and maintain enterprise D365 F&O; solutions for global customers. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, service request handling, minor enhancements, user support, process optimization, and ensuring smooth business operations across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O;, experience in support environments, and the ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders across geographies. Domain expertise in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, or Distribution will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile A functional consultant with 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations support and maintenance, possessing strong business process understanding, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide reliable offshore support services. Candidates with relevant Microsoft certifications and domain expertise in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
- Monitor ticket queues and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with Microsoft and technical teams for issue resolution.

Business Process Support

- Understand client business processes and provide functional guidance.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales,



and Production processes.
- Assist users in resolving transactional and process-related issues.
- Validate business requirements and recommend standard D365 F&O; capabilities.

Change Requests & Enhancements

- Configure system changes and support minor enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications for development requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities and validate solutions.
- Support periodic releases, deployments, and regression testing.

User Training & Documentation

- Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and support documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Assist end-users with process adoption and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a primary functional point of contact for assigned business areas.
- Participate in support governance meetings and service reviews.
- Communicate issue status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Experience Mid-Level Consultant

- 5-7 years of ERP functional consulting/support experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Dynamics 365 F&O; experience.
- Experience supporting global clients in AMS environments.
- Exposure to ITIL-based support processes preferred.
- Experience managing critical business incidents and complex support scenarios.

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certifications (Highly Preferred)

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
