We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption, governance, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Microsoft Copilot enablement and capability rollout
- Govern agents, plugins, connectors, and extensibility features
- Drive approvals across Security, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture teams
- Define governance, lifecycle, and compliance controls
- Oversee enterprise integrations (APIs, connectors, third-party agents)
- Monitor adoption, usage analytics, and FinOps (cost optimization)
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Experience with Copilot Agents, Agent Builder, Copilot Chat/Cowork, Project Scout, and related extensibility features
- Robust governance, security, and compliance experience
- Enterprise stakeholder management across Security, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture
- Experience with analytics, capability lifecycle management, and FinOps
