Job Overview

We are looking for a Meta & Google Ads Specialist who can manage paid advertising campaigns along with the company’s social media and Google Business Profile activities.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, monitoring performance, generating reports, managing social media pages, and maintaining the company’s Google Business Profile (GMB).

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

- Plan, create, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns, audiences, budgets, creatives, and placements.
- Test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Track lead quality and coordinate with the sales team for better results.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for creatives and videos.
- Write captions, headlines, and basic social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Keep social media pages active and regularly updated.
- Research social media trends, content ideas, and competitor activities.

Google Business Profile (GMB) Management

- Manage and regularly update the company’s Google Business Profile.
- Publish regular Google Business Profile posts, updates, offers, and announcements.
- Add and update photos, videos, business information, and services.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Monitor customer questions and interactions on the profile.




- Track Google Business Profile insights and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve local visibility and engagement.
- Ensure business information remains accurate and up to date.

Other Digital Marketing Activities

- Support website and landing page improvements based on campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and marketing requirements.
- Maintain campaign reports, marketing data, and performance records.
- Research competitors and identify new advertising and marketing opportunities.
- Suggest recent ideas to improve lead generation, social media presence, and online visibility.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of paid advertising and lead generation.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Basic knowledge of Google Business Profile/GMB management.
- Good understanding of social media content planning and marketing.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple digital marketing activities independently.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of paid media, social media, and Google Business Profile activities, rather than focusing only on campaign setup and monitoring.

Campaign creation and routine ad monitoring may not require the entire working day. The candidate is expected to utilize available working time productively for social media management, GMB management, content planning, competitor research, campaign analysis, reporting, and other digital marketing activities.
