About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive who has hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using AI tools to improve ad creatives, optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver better ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns.
- Set up campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and engagement.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Meta AI, etc.) for ad copy, creative ideas, audience insights, and campaign optimization.
- Track campaign KPIs using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, pixel, conversions, and remarketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.




- Good knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
