Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our team for a 6-month unpaid remote internship. You’ll work on real, impactful projects using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js, and have a chance to earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role based on your performance. This is an ideal opportunity for self-driven individuals eager to accelerate their development skills and gain industry exposure.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
- Identify and fix bugs, work on enhancements, and ensure performance optimization.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews,



sprint meetings, and daily standups.
- Research and learn current technologies to solve business challenges.

Requirements

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and web development fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience (academic, internships, or personal projects) with the MERN stack.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and deployment processes.
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Portfolio, past project links, or code samples are a strong advantage.
