Purpose/Objective

Associate Lead Design - Telecom supports the design and implementation of telecom infrastructure within data centers. This role requires understanding of telecom systems and infrastructure, . Ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, provide technical knowhow, and support to ensure that telecom projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities of Role

Telecom Infrastructure Management: Support the design and implementation of telecom infrastructure in Data Centers. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze telecom requirements to develop design solutions. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, ensuring telecom projects are executed successfully from conceptualization to completion. System Audits: Support & execute regular assessments and audits of telecom systems to identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to enhance performance and efficiency. Project Management: Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, driving operational excellence in telecom design and delivery. Team Development: Participate in onboarding, and development of new team members, contributing to the expansion of the design team.



Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, colletcting & communicating design requirements, report progress for informed decision-making. Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Head Design Data Internal teams, Direct reportees Cross Functional Teams Key Stakeholders - External: Customers, Vendors

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Telecom or Electrical engineering with specialization in electornics & telecomunication. Work Experience: 6-10 years' experience in relevant role (telecom design & infra management) in data center industries. Certification: Qualified certification in Telecommunications or Data Center Design (preferred)
