Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to manage product sourcing, vendor coordination, production follow-ups, costing, inventory, and timely deliveries. The role requires close coordination with design, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage sampling, costing, production, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders, product trackers, and MIS reports.
- Source new products, materials, and packaging.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure product quality and on-time order execution.
- Conduct market research and support new product launches.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of merchandising experience.
- Experience in Toys, Soft Toys, Consumer Products, Gifts, Lifestyle Products, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, vendor management, and production coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
