For entire pool of borrowers -

- Email communication management Upcoming EMIs, Overdue reminders, SMA reporting, Any organization related requirements
- Calls to online leads generated and closure of the same
- Resolve tickets related to customer requests
- Maintain MIS e.g. Complaint / Request MIS, Renewal MIS, Login to Sanction TAT and throughput rate, Sanction to Agreement TAT and throughput rate, Hotlist clearance
- Supporting ORM, CIC reporting and EWS activities for the team
- Running small automation wherever possible
- Collate daily funding requirements for all borrowers
- Monitoring of overdue cases and notifying stakeholders

For borrowers mapped to self

- Drive utilization
- Ensure revenue generation through PF, charges etc. collection




- Timely clarifications on credit concerns and finance requirements
- Timely renewal of cases
- Borrower site visits whenever required
