We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and hiring strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
