- Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
- Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E/B.Tech - Civil, Minimum 2 years of experience
- Exposure to mid to high-rise building construction
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
