Lead end-to-end pool analysis for securitization transactions across retail asset classes.
• Analyse portfolio performance including vintage, seasoning, delinquency, DPD, roll rates, prepayments, foreclosure, yield and LTV.
• Conduct pool eligibility assessment and portfolio stratification.
• Prepare investor and rating agency data packs, pool tapes and transaction-related reports.
• Support cash flow modelling, waterfall analysis and credit enhancement assessment.
• Coordinate with Rating Agencies, Investors, Trustees and internal stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring and successful closure of securitization transactions.
• Monitor post-securitization pool performance and provide portfolio insights.
Preferred candidate profile
CA with 10 years of relevant experience in Securitization / Pool Analysis.
Experience in Retail Assets, NBFC, Bank, Rating Agency, Investment Bank or Financial Institution.
Robust understanding of retail lending portfolios and securitization structures.
Excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of SQL / Python / R will be an added advantage.
