About the Role:

As the Placements Executive at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening corporate relationships to drive student placements and strategic collaborations. This role involves managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles, from outreach and onboarding to relationship management and execution, while contributing to revenue growth.

You will work closely with internal teams, students, and corporate stakeholders to enhance employability outcomes, ensure successful talent alignment, and create meaningful corporate engagement opportunities.

What Youll Do:

- Corporate Business Development & Outreach:

Identify and onboard potential corporate partners for hiring and training collaborations.
Execute structured outreach via email, WhatsApp, and calls to generate new partnership opportunities.
Track market trends and identify current avenues for corporate engagement and collaboration.
Drive end-to-end execution of partnership opportunities from outreach to closure.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Partner Acquisition:

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, senior executives, and business leaders.
Develop a robust corporate network to support recruitment and placement initiatives.




Reconnect and engage with existing clients to drive repeat opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Strengthen stakeholder relationships to enhance hiring collaborations and placement outcomes.

- Relationship Building, Student & Employer Engagement:

Maintain and strengthen employer relationships to understand hiring needs and talent expectations.
Collaborate with industry partners to organize job fairs, networking events, workshops, and masterclasses.
Coordinate with internal teams to align student talent supply with employer requirements.
Ensure a seamless engagement experience for both students and hiring partners.

- Job Placement, Student Interaction & Career Mentorship:

Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and provide career guidance.
Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and job applications.
Facilitate job placements by matching candidates with relevant career opportunities.
Mentor students to improve employability and workplace readiness.

- Database Management & Reporting:

Maintain an organized database of employer contacts, job listings, and student profiles.
Track placement metrics and generate reports to assess program effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Monitor partnership progress and maintain accurate records for reporting and analysis.

- Additional Duties:

Support revenue growth through strategic collaborations and partnerships.
Contribute to strengthening IIDEs employer network and placement ecosystem.
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are:

1 - 3 years of experience in reputed B-Schools or educational institutions, preferably in placement or corporate relations roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students and corporate stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset to identify opportunities and drive corporate engagement strategies.
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
