Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The Barista will be responsible for maintaining beverage quality, ensuring cleanliness, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report replenishment requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.




- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Support opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and daily setup.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, seasonal beverages, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Certification in Barista Skills or Coffee Preparation is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Ability to operate espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
