- Develop sourcing strategies for bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and recruiter productivity.
- Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
- Ensure recruitment process compliance and operational excellence.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
