We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with a strong background in implementing and supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on development experience, relevant ServiceNow certifications, and the ability to independently manage technical triage, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
- Work on end-to-end IRM implementations, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
- Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Handle technical triage independently, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain documentation for developed functionalities and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM module.
- Strong Platform knowledge and experience
- Experience in working at least 2 IRM implementation projects.
- Proficiency in:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- UI Policies & Data Policies
- Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Ability to work on enhancements, defect fixes, and L3 support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on technical triage and issue resolution.
