- Oversee construction projects in office, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage labor forces, equipment scheduling, and material procurement to meet project requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in construction supervision or related field (residential).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in site engineering principles including layout design, permitting processes, and material testing.
