Skill: Customer Contact Comms Associate - (Voice International Process)

Education: Any Graduation-Freshers / HSC Passed with 1 Year exp can apply

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Work Location: Mumbai, (Vikhroli/Airoli)

Shift timings: UK / US- Night Shift -(24*7) (Rotational week Off)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Requirements:

- Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- You should be flexible to work in any shift.
- Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
- Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal
