The RSO cum Medical Physicist Level 3 is responsible for ensuring the secure and effective use of radiation in clinical practice while maintaining full compliance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) regulations. The role includes radiation safety governance, treatment planning support, quality assurance, equipment commissioning, regulatory documentation, staff training, and continuous quality improvement to ensure high standards of patient care and radiation protection.
Educational Qualification :
- M.Sc. in Medical Physics or equivalent recognized qualification.
- RSO Level 3 Qualified (Mandatory)
- AERB-approved Radiation Safety Officer (Preferred/Mandatory, as applicable)
