Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Supervise installation activities of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation, and supports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work completion as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Conduct quantity verification and prepare material requisitions based on site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved method statements, and safety procedures.
- Monitor subcontractors and manpower productivity at site.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, work records, and site documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Ensure proper coordination with electrical,



civil, and other MEP services.
- Support preparation of billing quantities and project close-out documents.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and testing & commissioning.
- Understanding of drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with site execution practices and quality standards.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Note: Fresher Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates (2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs) are welcome to apply. Candidates with internship, industrial training, or academic project exposure in HVAC/MEP systems will be preferred.
