Urgent Hiring: Business Development Manager IT Staffing | Noida (Sector 16)
Diverse Lynx LLC is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for an urgent requirement in our IT staffing division.
Significant:
- Only candidates from Recruitment & Staffing industry (UK or Europe market) will be considered
- US/Domestic experience will NOT be entertained
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition (hunting) and manage existing accounts (farming)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the domestic staffing market
- Handle client escalations effectively and ensure high client satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and closures
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Recruitment/Staffing Business Development (UK/Europe only)
- Strong expertise in client handling and escalation management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Location: Sector 16, Noida (Onsite)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Workdays: 5 Days a Week
