Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented LSQ Hygiene Intern to maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure high standards of lead management. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring CRM hygiene, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with counselors for timely updates, and supporting operational excellence through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain CRM (LSQ) hygiene by reviewing and updating lead records.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, and inaccurate lead information.
- Coordinate with counselors to ensure timely lead updates and activity logging.
- Monitor lead stages, follow-ups, and CRM compliance.




- Prepare daily and weekly CRM hygiene reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Training teams to improve CRM discipline.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
