- Code with a consideration for performance, scalability, security, etc.
- Good knowledge of version control tools (Bit Bucket or GIT) and coding standards.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Nodejs, etc.).

- 5+ years of skilled experience in PHP development, with a focus on web application development.
