Job Description

1. Review, prepare, and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
2. Respond promptly to client queries related to billing, invoicing, and timesheet corrections.
3. Work with and manage client/vendor portals such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Wand, or similar platforms.
4. Identify, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or errors through effective email communication with clients.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, documentation, and reports.
6. Perform billing reconciliations to verify hours worked, rates, fees, and client details entered in the accounting system.
7. Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Payroll, and Timesheet teams to ensure timely submission of missing timesheets.
8. Raise and track disputes in client portals to correct timecards and billing issues efficiently.
9. Support process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria-

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, pivot tables preferred).
2. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
3. Educational background in Accounting or Finance (B.Com,



M.Com, MBAFinance, or equivalent).
4. Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and time-management skills.
5. Familiarity with billing software or accounting systems is an added advantage.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
