Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Servicing IB (Inbound) & OB (Outbound) collection calls
- Secure payment arrangements and negotiate suitable repayment plans with customers.
- Address and resolve consumer queries, concerns, and account-related issues effectively.
- Demonstrate robust problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations professionally, and consistently maintain performance standards.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and comprehension skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and work schedule:

Salary: 51K CTC | In-hand 45,800 (Including PLI) + Incentives

5 Days Working

Rotational Shifts (US Process)





Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility criteria:

- 1 year of International Voice Process experience (Mandatory)
- Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Comfortable with US Rotational Shifts
