- Solid accounting knowledge with the ability to handle complex transactions.
- Handson experience in Month-End Close activities .
- Prior experience working in US Accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, pivots, reporting).
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Good to have: Experience in process transitions or migration projects.
- Oversee Month-End Reporting , including preparation of journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to Audit requirements and maintain strong Internal Controls .
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.




- Commentary on the variances in the P&L; statement.
- Month-end and year-end closing and procedural adjustments.
- Handling accruals, prepayments, and other reclass journals.
- Nominal ledger scrutiny to ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Comfortable working US shifts.
- Exposure to remote transition, SOP preparation, and remote client sessions.
- Knowledge of AR/AP activities (preferred).
- Experience as a Property Accountant (preferred).
