Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot,



Microservices architecture, and messaging systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend services in a distributed setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Core Java (Java 8+), Multithreading and Spring Boot
- Build and implement Microservices-based architecture for scalable and modular systems
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and middleware services
- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, JMS, SQS, or Azure Service Bus (ASB)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Continuously improve systems through refactoring, optimization, and automation

Technical Skills & Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
- Expertise in Spring Boot framework
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns
- Experience with Messaging/Middleware systems:
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, ActiveMQ, SQS, or Azure Service Bus

- Strong experience in building and integrating REST APIs

Additional Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with API Gateway, service discovery, and load balancing
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) preferred
