Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the import & export sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop current business opportunities in international markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conduct international sales calls and virtual meetings with clients across different countries.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve their sales performance and product knowledge.
- Ensure the team achieves a minimum of one successful sale per team member per month.
- Monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and track team performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Stay updated on international trade trends, export regulations, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Minimum knowledge of Import & Export processes and international trade.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to make international sales calls and conduct online client meetings.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and business development.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Target-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Must own a personal laptop and smartphone for daily work.
- Willing to continuously learn international sales techniques and global market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to achieve a minimum of one confirmed sale per month while supporting the team's overall performance.
