Position: Power Exchange Operations Executive / Energy Trading Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Power Exchange Operations

- Execute daily bidding activities on IEX, PXIL, and IGX across DAM, RTM, GDAM, TAM, GTAM, and gas market segments.
- Monitor market trends and provide bidding strategies to maximize client benefits.
- Ensure smooth execution of exchange transactions and resolve operational issues.

2. Bilateral Power Transactions

- Manage intra-state and inter-state power transactions under GNA/TGNA frameworks.
- Validate schedules, energy accounts, REA/SEA data, and related regulatory reports.
- Maintain transaction records and energy accounting data.

3. Regulatory & Compliance Management

- Track and circulate CERC, MoP, SLDC, and Exchange regulations, circulars, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with exchange guidelines, NOAR processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit Form IV, audit reports, and other statutory documents.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding power exchange operations.
- Provide market insights, bidding guidance, and regulatory support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



exchanges, SLDCs, and other stakeholders.

5. Registration & Documentation

- Handle client registration on IEX, PXIL, IGX, and NOAR platforms.
- Maintain documentation related to PPAs, PSAs, registrations, and compliance records.
- Manage centralized databases and document repositories.

6. Revenue Generation & Business Support

- Support onboarding of recent clients for exchange and trading activities.
- Assist clients in optimizing procurement strategies and reducing power purchase costs.
- Analyze landed cost data and share recommendations with clients.

7. Process Improvement & Risk Management

- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate contingency actions during market, transmission, or system outages.

8. Reporting & IT Coordination

- Prepare management reports, compliance reports, and trade performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with IT teams for automation and enhancement of trading and operational systems.
