Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with a strong background in the Payments domain and hands-on experience with Issuer Switch (IST Switch) systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting high-performance payment applications for card-based transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications in the Payments domain.
- Work on Issuer Switch (IST Switch) applications and payment transaction processing.
- Develop and support payment interfaces for ATM, POS, and E-commerce transactions.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Integrate payment systems with external banking and financial networks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
- Robust experience in the Payments/Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Issuer Switch (IST Switch) platforms.
- Good understanding of ISO 8583 message formats.
- Experience in ATM, POS, Debit/Credit Card transaction processing.
- Knowledge of transaction authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, socket programming, and Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with SQL databases and debugging production issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
