Senior Full-Stack Developer:

Techies4Tech is looking for a senior, hands-on full-stack developer to help build and improve our AI-powered IT hiring platform. As described publicly on techies4tech.ai, Techies4Tech helps companies access global tech talent, improve candidate matching, streamline hiring workflows, and support skill-based evaluations with AI precision and human expertise.

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly understand an existing product, ship high-quality features, improve technical foundations, and use up-to-date AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to accelerate development.

Responsibilities:

- Build and improve features across a modern full-stack web application.
- Develop workflows related to hiring, candidate management, assessments, and talent discovery.
- Work across frontend, backend APIs, authentication, databases, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
- Improve application reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Debug complex workflows and resolve production issues.
- Use AI development tools to accelerate implementation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
- Review AI-generated code carefully before it reaches production.




- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strengthen engineering practices around testing, code review, deployment, and documentation.

Required Experience:

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar modern web frameworks.
- Backend experience with APIs, authentication, relational databases, and ORM tools.
- Hands-on AWS experience, including cloud deployment, storage, networking, security, and production operations.
- Experience working on production SaaS or business workflow applications.
- Strong debugging, refactoring, and code-review skills.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Good judgment around security, data privacy, scalability, and maintainability.

Nice To Have:

- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, hiring technology, marketplace platforms, or automation-heavy applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure-as-code, and production support.
- Experience integrating external APIs and asynchronous workflows.
- Startup or founder-led product experience.
